Goldberg was led to the project by Lowes Home Improvement Centers after Lowes worked with Goldberg on a previous project in Fort Collins, Colorado. Lowes wanted a store at the location but found it difficult to work with the property owner, the State of Montana, and the State’s agency responsible for the property, the Department of Natural Resources (DNRC).
Spring Prairie Shopping Center Phase III
The third phase is to be constructed on the southwest corner of Highway 93 and Reserve Drive.
Gateway Timnath, CO

North: Wal-Mart has closed on their 22.62-acre site and the JV entity owns the remaining six out parcels.
South: This project will be an assemblage of three different properties and approximately 50 acres.
Grand Junction, CO

The property was owned by the Dillon Companies which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kroger. Kroger asked Goldberg to undertake the entitlement of the project as they had difficulty in reaching entitlement on three past occasions.

C470 and Santa Fe
The 30-acre property is a highly visible piece of property wedged in-between C-470 and County Line Rd. just to the east of Santa Fe Blvd.
This site not only serves the southern portion of Littleton but also serves the Western half of Highlands Ranch and the smaller community of Roxborough.
